• 2 cups plain gluten free flour
• 2 tblspns original *Darifree (optional but makes for a lighter fluffier waffle)
• 2 tspns baking powder
• 2 tblspn sugar
• 3 tblspns oil
• 1 tblspn apple cider vinegar
• 2 cups rice milk
• 1 tspn vanilla extract
• 1 pinch salt
Combine flour,*Darifree, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine
the rice milk, vinegar, vanilla extract and oil.
Mix well and pour into the dry ingredients.
Stir with a whisk until mixture forms a smooth batter.
Cook waffles in a waffle maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Serve warm with banana and honey or maple syrup
* Darifree is a nutritious milk replacement.
