Raw Cashew Cheese

  • Flour Free
  • Gluten Free
  • Grain Free

Ingredients:

2 cups soaked cashews

1 clove fresh garlic

1⁄2 cup lemon juice

1 tbspn ground turmeric

A pinch of Himalayan salt

A pinch of pepper

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. For a smoother texture simply add more water and re-blend.

Serves 6
