Banana Spinach Smoothie

Banana Spinach Smoothie

  • Sugar Free/Low

Ingredients:

2 bananas

1 cup spinach

1 cup ice

4 cups water (enough for a consistency you’d like your smoothie)

Method:

Peel banana. Add all ingredients into blender. Blend well and enjoy.

Serves 4

Tip:

By adding more water, you will make a thinner smoothie. Less water will leave you with a thicker consistency and drink.
