Banana and Coconutty Smoothie –
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp ground chia or flax seeds
1 TBS nut butter (optional)
1/2 cup plain full fat yogurt (optional)
1 cup almond or rice milk
Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth
Serve with ice cubes (optional)
