1 cup cacao powder
1 cup dates
2 tspns pure vanilla extract
¼ tspns salt
Process all the ingredients (except the cacao powder) until you have achieved a completely smooth consistency. Add the cacao powder and process again until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
To make the truffles:
Place the mixture into an icing bag/frosting pipe. Using a star icing/frosting tip, pipe swirls of the mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
Chill for 45 minutes until firm and place on a tray to serve.
