INGREDIENTS:
400gr Roasted Organic Beetroot
1 teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
175gr Natural Yoghurt (or ½ Yoghurt and ½ Feta Cheese, or to taste)
METHOD:
· Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until required consistency.
· Refrigerate until required.
