200ml coconut cream
200ml safe milk
100g mango (fresh or frozen)
2 tblspns honey
Pop all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor, whizz it up for a few seconds until smooth and pour into moulds. If you’re using something narrow like Zip Pops use a funnel to pour the mixture in to make it easy.
Tip: When you use honey, make sure you whizz the mixture up as soon as you add the honey or it will sink to the bottom and not be blended in properly!
